The brand was born out of years of personal struggle, professional learning, and deep research into hair fall, thinning, and scalp health. Many hair care products provide short-term improvement, but fail to support long-term hair and scalp health. Prep Glint was created to change that approach.

Pooja Ganesh
Prep Glint is founded by Pooja Ganesh, a clinical nutritionist with hands-on experience in nutrition, lifestyle management, and hair health.
Through both personal experience and professional practice, she discovered that hair concerns are rarely caused by a single factor. Genetics, diet, stress, lifestyle, and scalp care all play a role. While improving nutrition helped reduce hair fall to some extent, long-lasting results came only when the right external scalp formulation was introduced.
This realization led her to study cosmetic formulation and create Prep Glint — a product that combines clinical actives with nature-based ingredients to support long-term hair wellness.
